This sculptural dress is handcrafted from luxurious silk taffeta, a fabric historically admired for its crisp structure and luminous depth of color. The gown is created using generous amounts of fabric to achieve a powerful architectural silhouette while remaining surprisingly light to wear.

The skirt can be constructed with over 12 meters of silk taffeta, creating sweeping volume and graceful movement with every step. The characteristic structure of the fabric allows the gown to hold its majestic shape beautifully, making it ideal for grand entrances and stage presence. For an especially dramatic silhouette, the gown can be worn over a crinoline cage or structured petticoat, creating an impressive wide, monumental effect (as shown in the final photos of the brown version).

Each dress is custom made in the atelier, allowing you to choose the color palette and optional embroidery details in consultation. Whether you prefer rich historical tones, dramatic fantasy colors, or a more understated noble palette, the gown will be crafted to suit your vision.
