Many TFP photoshoots end up looking surprisingly similar. The same dresses from fast fashion websites, the same vintage finds, the same lace robes that seem to appear in every photography group.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

But if your dream is to create photographs that people actually remember, wearing something unique makes all the difference.

Since 2010 I have worked as a model in countless TFP collaborations.

One thing photographers always noticed?

I never arrived wearing the same outfit as everyone else.

Why?

Because I made everything myself.

I've been sewing since 1985, creating dresses, costumes, fantasy clothing, historical garments and—perhaps my biggest weakness—large dramatic hats.

More than just sewing

When you book a custom outfit, I don't simply make clothing.

I study your complete project.

I look at:

your moodboard
your body shape
the shooting location
the style of photography
the photographer's portfolio
colours that suit your skin and hair
the atmosphere you're trying to create

Only then do I start designing.

Sometimes one outfit is enough.

Sometimes the concept deserves two completely different looks.

If the styling calls for it, I may also create a matching hat or headpiece.

Planning a black & white photoshoot? I know which colours, fabrics and textures translate into striking monochrome images, so your outfit looks just as impressive without colour.

Step 2

Tell me about the photographer and the location.

Step 3

We discuss fabrics, colours and budget.

Step 4

I design your outfit.

Step 5

After approval I start making everything by hand. Please allow 3–4 weeks between the first consultation and your photoshoot.

Good work cannot be rushed.

Why Not Just Buy Something Online?

Of course you can.
